known as the Kozary mushroom (Red Top Bolete) in Ukrane, The Red Cap Bolete, Orange Birch Bolete, Scaber stalk and probably more! We enjoy using this mushroom in soups and stews, as it holds it's flavour well when cooked for a long time. 
TO USE..
Rehydrate and add directly to borscht, soup, stew and more. Cook well.
